About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: MedSurg/Tele, Float Pool Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years recent acute care experience License: Valid RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Ability to independently read telemetry strips - Must pass on-site exam on Day 1 with a score of 84% or better (2 attempts allowed) - Experience with EPIC Description: This position requires a registered nurse to work in a MedSurg/Telemetry float pool. The role involves a 12-hour night shift, with weekends and holidays included. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience. Proficiency in Meditech and telemetry is required. Adaptability to work in different units is essential. Previous float experience of 3-5 years is preferred. Candidates must be able to adapt to different MedSurg/Tele units. No specific schedule requests will be accepted, and most Fridays will be required. Extended requests for time off will not be accommodated.
