360care is actively seeking a compassionate Optometrist (OD) to join our geriatric, underserved community program. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities to perform eye exams using mobile equipment, diagnose and treat ocular diseases, and provide eyewear prescriptions with support from our logistics team. We offer flexibility with scheduling, no evenings or weekends, and comprehensive back-office support including consent, scheduling, #J-18808-Ljbffr
