Position Overview:  

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with other team members to ensure best outcomes.

Available Schedules

7am to 7pm (PRN)

10am to 10pm (Full Time)

7pm to 7am (Full Time or PRN)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions

Preferred Qualifications:

• A valid, current nursing license in Illinois, in good standing. 

• Current CPR certification.

• At least one year of professional experience in long term care environment.
