Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pizza ovens, dough preparation, and a passion for creating high-quality pizzas. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of pizzas and related menu items according to company recipes and standards, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Show up to work on time with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Prepare pizza, sauces, and toppings according to portion charts.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure quality control on every pizza and menu item before it is served.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage prep work and ensure efficient service.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Assist with inventory control and waste management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Need to be available holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
