Job Description

TEAM MEMBER/CREW MEMBER wanted to join our small family printing business! Our business is Columbia Sales Inc., located at 2233 Warwood Avenue in Wheeling, WV. We manufacture "tip boards" at our facility. Hours of employment/operations are MONDAY-THURSDAY 6:00 AM TILL 3:45 PM. WE ARE CLOSED ON FRIDAYS. WE ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. WE ARE CLOSED ALL EVENINGS. WE ARE CLOSED ALL HOLIDAYS.

This position offer full time employment. There are no benefits. This position is spent seated much of the day. We offer two ten minute breaks daily, along with a thirty minute unpaid lunch break. We are a small printing business and are not exposed to the general public. This position requires lifting of 10 pounds to 20 pounds occasionally throughout the day. There is NO prior experience needed and WOMEN ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY. Starting pay is $10.50 per hour. After initial training period, hourly pay increases to $11.50 per hour. After one calendar year, pay increases to $12.00 per hour. Paid vacation and Paid holidays are offered after one calendar year also ( see manager for details). We have employees that have worked here for 40 years as well as many with 20 or more. We also have several new employees that enjoy the position. We would like to fill this position immediately.
