Location: Darien, IL (Hybrid)

Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position partners closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights and enhance overall financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles
- Perform variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and improve profitability
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages highlighting key performance metrics
- Analyze inventory, production costs, and operational efficiencies within a manufacturing/distribution environment
- Support leadership with ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and business case development
- Drive process improvements across FP&A, reporting, and forecasting activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience required
- Experience within manufacturing or distribution environment strongly preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact cross-functionally
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (depending on experience)
