Program Manager - Homeland Security

Leading a mission-critical program for the Department of Homeland Security, the full-time remote Supervisory Program Manager - Homeland Security will manage contract deliverables, empower a diverse team, and ensure compliance with federal standards to support national border security operations. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary interface for the Contracting Officer Representative and government stakeholders, ensuring contract deliverables exceed quality, timeline, and budgetary standards Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight to a diverse team of project managers, developers, instructional designers, instructors, and training assistants Lead strategic planning and monitor compliance with federal standards, including Section 508 accessibility, security protocols, and accreditation standards Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of program or project management experience, preferably in a federal government contracting environment Mastery of modern project management systems (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent) Bachelor's degree preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred Ability to obtain and maintain a standard federal background investigation/suitability determination
