We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Behavioral Health team. Should be bilingual and has a passion for making a difference in the medical industry. The successful candidate will act as a key member of our healthcare team, providing mental and behavioral health services to a diverse patient population. This is a permanent, full-time role where you will have the opportunity to utilize your language skills, mental health expertise, and dedication to service to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients. Responsibilities Provide high-quality mental and behavioral health services to our diverse patient population children to adults, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and direct service provision. Behavioral health, depression, trauma and substance abuse. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments in Spanish and English, ensuring that all patients receive care that is culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate. About 30 patients, caseload of 70. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care. Advocate for patients, assisting them in navigating the healthcare system and accessing necessary resources. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical services in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental and behavioral health. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Master of Social Work program OR Master of mental health or addiction program Valid State of Connecticut license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker OR Licensed Master of Social Work OR Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor Graduate of an accredited Master of mental health, addiction program with a valid State of Connecticut license as a CPR certification at the healthcare provider level or eligible to obtain certification within 90 days of hire Strong community health/public health orientation 5- 10 or more years of experience providing clinical services under an LCSW license with a track record of a high level of autonomy in practice A bit about us We are a long-standing healthcare organization that is committed to providing healthcare services to anyone regardless of their ability to pay.
