HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MAINTENANCE CAGE TECH IN ISLANDIA, NY

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Cage Tech to join our team in Islandia, NY. This position helps keep warehouse pick locations fully stocked and ensures inbound products are properly stored and organized. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $20.75/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Full time schedule available, multiple shifts
• Located in Islandia, NY

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment before the start of each shift and report any damage or malfunctions
• Receive daily assignments and complete tasks based on workload
• Put away and relocate products to the correct warehouse locations
• Verify product descriptions, SKU numbers, lot numbers, and code dates
• Complete inbound task lists and relocation paperwork accurately
• Submit completed paperwork after loads or relocations are finished
• Rotate products according to code date and lot number
• Ensure product identification is visible when storing items on racks
• Keep aisles and pick locations clear of empty pallets and debris
• Maintain organized and properly stocked pick locations
• Follow all required break and lunch schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Relevant warehouse experience or certifications preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse
• Ability to work in a distribution center with varying temperatures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
