We are currently seeking a full‑time Staff Assistant to join our team at Western Illinois CC in Mount Sterling, Illinois. The Staff Assistant is responsible for performing administrative duties and supporting program and staff needs by fulfilling routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, creating spreadsheets, and providing information to callers for designated behavioral health units. This professional works extensively with Microsoft Office applications—including Word, Excel, and Access. This position will assist the scheduler in the daily duties of med‑furloughs and fusion rollout where they will assist in the data input portion of the EHR system maintenance. Pay rate: $24.84 per hour, starting based on years of experience.
