How you'll contribute A Medical Receptionist who excels in this role: * Provides front office support in a physician office. * Answers telephone promptly and courteously, takes accurate and complete messages, forwards, or answers inquiries as appropriate. Schedules all patients according to policy and procedures. * Collects, verifies, and performs insurance eligibility into the practice management system. Collects patient co-payments. What we're looking for Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. * Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
