Quick Facts Location: Henderson, NV (710 Coronado Center Drive) Start Date: 10/05/2026 End Date: 01/04/2027 Shift: Full-time clinic and surgical schedule; specific days and hours TBD Hours per week: 40 hours/week (Day shift) Employment Type: Locums to Perm License/Certifications: Board Certified in Ophthalmology; NV license or IMLC; DEA required Experience: Experience in diagnosing and managing retinal diseases; ability to perform vitreoretinal procedures independently Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $3,334.50 Benefits: Competitive pay package, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, licensure, credentialing, travel reimbursement when applicable, paid sick time, and 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Diagnose and medically or surgically manage patients with retinal diseases Perform vitreoretinal surgical procedures independently in a dedicated retinal ASC room Collaborate with a team of retina-trained staff, nurses, and technicians Support a busy referral network in a well-established retina-only practice Manage patient treatment plans across various age groups Utilize ModMed EMR on iPads for documentation and patient record management Provide comprehensive patient care in a combination of clinic and surgical settings What You Need Board Certification in Ophthalmology NV medical license or IMLC license DEA certification Prior experience in retinal diagnosis and management, including vitreoretinal procedures Ability to work independently and effectively within a specialized retina team About the Assignment Join a long-standing, highly regarded retina-only practice with a team of six fellowship-trained surgeons. The practice offers modern surgical facilities, dedicated retina ASC rooms with anesthesia, and a large referral base supported by multiple ophthalmology groups. This position provides a full-time, predictable schedule with ample opportunities for clinical and surgical treatment of retinal conditions in a dynamic, growing community.
