This opportunity runs from ASAP through the end of the school year, providing services within a Resource Specialist Program (RSP) caseload. What we’re looking for:

• Current and active California teaching credential in Special Education, or Mild to Moderate credential
• Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, with a background in RSP preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive environment and supporting individual student growth
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and instructional plans

What the role involves:

• Deliver specialized instruction and create individualized education plans
• Provide support across multiple grade levels in accordance with each student’s needs
• Collaborate with general education staff, service providers, and families
• Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to positive educational outcomes
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to ensure accessibility and success

This assignment is full time, Monday through Friday (35-37.5 hours weekly), with a competitive hourly rate between $45 and $55, depending on experience and credentials. In addition, you’ll have access to full benefits and 401k options to support your well-being and future.
