Planet Fitness seeks a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver superior customer service to members and guests in a Judgement Free Zone. You will assist with sign-ups, answer inquiries, and help drive membership growth while maintaining club cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates are 18+, willing to obtain CPR/AED, and proficient with basic computer tasks.
