You'll be responsible for various carpentry tasks, including rough framing, wall, rafter, and stair layout, and the installation of structures and fixtures. Think of this role as a blend of craftsmanship and precision, where your expertise and attention to detail will drive our success.Qualifications: Do you have knowledge and experience in rough framing, wall, rafter, and stair layout? Are you familiar with stud placement and have experience operating gradalls and forklifts? If you have experience working with framing crews and tight production timelines, you might be the perfect fit for this role. Your ability to coordinate, manage, and direct others effectively will be crucial to your success.Knowledge and experience in rough framing.Knowledge and experience in wall, rafter, and stair layout.Knowledge of stud placement.Experience operating gradalls and forklifts.Experience working with framing crews and tight production timelines.Key Responsibilities: As a Carpenter at MBC, you will be deeply involved in every phase of our construction process. Your journey begins with following established safety rules and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will verify the trueness of structures using tools like plumb bobs and levels, assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props, and build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other fixtures.
