Understands and reacts effectively to the unique needs of all patients. Works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team to provide safe patient care. Position Specifics: Department: medical unit Core Function: Nursing Support Schedule: 36 hours/week; day shift Facility: St. John's Hospital Location: Springfield, IL Compensation: Compensation that aligns with experience. Shift differentials for night & weekend on top of base rate! **Education Qualifications*** High School Diploma or GED is preferred.**Experience Qualifications*** 1 year nursing assistant or Patient Care Assistant experience; or 6 months nursing assistant or Patient Care Assistant experience and certification as indicated below.**Certifications, Licenses and Registrations*** Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Technician (PCT) in the state of practice is required with 6 months experience as noted above.
