About the Role: This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and gain experience in both administrative support and sales. As a Personal Assistant and Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting one of our executive members while contributing to the growth of our business. This is an entry-level position with significant potential for professional development. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive member, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and prompt follow-up. Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calling, and email outreach. Conduct thorough research on potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in Skilled Wound Care's services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects over the phone. Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve shared goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and driver's license for travel throughout Southern California Travel outside of California on as needed basis MUST be willing to travel to Playa Vista, CA 1-2 times a week Competitive salary: $20 - $24 per hour + bonus Comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
