Press Brake Operator
Pay: $22/hr. + $1 shift differential
Shift: Monday-Thursday (1:45pm to 1:45am); occasional overtime available
Summary:
- Cannonball Recruiting is looking for a Press Brake Operator for a metal shop in York, PA. This is a very important position which requires being able to work independently.
Requirements:
- Experienced working in a metal shop
- Previous Press Brake operation experience
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
- Ability to work independently; running the most important machine in the shop
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mechanically inclined; knowledge of and ability to use tools
- Read a tape measure and successfully perform general math skills
- Operate a forklift; forklift certification or license is a plus
- Assisting with inventory accuracy; log items made and ensure items are stored and labeled properly
- Ability to use cutting machines for bend products; operate the sheer and bender to cut and bend products
