Technical Manager
Ambs Chemical Search LLC
Serve as a working manager over a small group consisting of one chemical engineer and a designer to improve the technical operations of a chemical plant. Your group will focus on process optimization and long-term process improvement projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking. Reports to the Site Manager. Strong benefits with a 9/80 schedule, profit share, and enhanced 401k. Manage capital projects to improve the process and product transport operations Troubleshooting and optimize and continuous chemical process Provide technical support to operations and maintenance. Drive continuous improvements in plant performance Promote a strong EHS/PSM culture Establish process improvement strategies and plans Manage root cause analysis studies Train and develop staff and site personnel BS CHE and 8 or more years of experience in a continuous process chemical plant or refinery.
