Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Experience providing therapy in pediatric and/or school-based settings
• Demonstrated knowledge of IEP process, goal-writing, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students in schools
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' needs
• Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), maintaining accurate records
• Conduct screenings and evaluations as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress
• Adapt therapy techniques to fit each child's unique needs
