Program Manager

As a Program Manager on the BizOps team, you will solve problems and drive operational improvements to enable the organization to scale efficiently while maintaining a high quality standard, as continues to push the boundaries for innovative new technologies. You will lead strategic communication programs that support the evolution of operating model, enabling us to deliver on our mission and exceed our customers' expectations. Job Description As a Business Operations Program Manager, you'll manage our organization’s communication strategy and oversee audience engagement across a diverse set of communication channels. You'll work with business leads and other partners to craft timely and impactful messaging to the organization to drive awareness and execution of business operations and strategic initiatives. You’ll be responsible for driving continuous improvement changes to our templates and resources, to ensure that presentation formats and messaging frameworks remain updated, visually impactful, and aligned with Cloud standards. This role requires a unique combination of business acumen, organizational effectiveness, project management, and communication skills. You will be challenged to leverage your skill set to quickly comprehend a variety of business challenges and organizational changes, and translate those into effective messages for varying audiences. To be effective in this role, you must be an exceptional communicator with a bias to action, an agile and creative problem solver and able to build strong relationships and collaborate across functions.
