Job Responsibilities

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated NP to join a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare: Partner with physicians to deliver personalized care by diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions to support long-term patient wellness.
• Deliver high-quality clinical assessments: Perform thorough patient examinations, interpret diagnostic studies, and create effective treatment plans to ensure the best possible health outcomes.
• Manage complex care journeys: Coordinate seamless treatment pathways by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and facilitating referrals to appropriate community resources.
• Empower patients and families: Provide clear, accessible education on preventative health, treatment options, and community resources to support informed decision-making.
• Maintain clinical excellence: Document patient interactions and care processes with precision, ensuring consistent adherence to high-quality standards and organizational policy.

Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required: Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Credential(s): BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration. Education: Master's degree of Nursing required.

Additional Preferences

Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
