Our team in Lockport, IL manufactures high‑quality electro‑mechanical products for advanced industrial use. In this role, you’ll turn detailed instructions and drawings into dependable hardware—soldering, wiring, inspecting, and testing with care in a clean, climate‑controlled setting.

• Construct electro‑mechanical assemblies and subassemblies from engineering documentation and work instructions.
• Perform SMT and through‑hole soldering, including fine‑pitch work under magnification.
• Produce and verify wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and related technical docs.
• Complete visual inspections and basic functionality tests to confirm quality.
• Surface issues, recommend improvements, and uphold rigorous standards.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Comply with all safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Keep your station orderly and equipment in good condition.
• Collaborate across production, quality, and engineering to meet output goals.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of electro‑mechanical assembly experience.
• Advanced soldering expertise, including fine‑pitch under magnification.
• Hands‑on experience with SMT and through‑hole assembly.
• Proven ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Strong communicator and collaborative teammate.

• Technical school, vocational training, or military electronics education.
• IPC‑A‑610 certification.
• IPC J‑STD‑001 certification.
• Wire harness and cable assembly experience.
• Background in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in ISO‑regulated environments.
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment and inspection tools.

• Hourly pay: $17.00–$25.00 based on experience.
