Senior Project Manager (Downtown Design Build GC) Location: Chicago, IL, US Job Details Experience: Senior Level Salary: $100,000 – $155,000 per year Qualifications 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Strong knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations and procedures Interior project experience (healthcare, offices, retail, restaurants, etc.) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment A bit about us We are a reputable GC that focuses on intricate and complex projects across the adaptive reuse, mixed use and commercial sectors.
