This role is ideal for professionals who value independence, structure, and a results-driven environment —without recruiting or team-building responsibilities.
Personal Producer Track (Sales-Focused Agents)
What This Role Involves
- Working with families who have requested information about coverage options
- Utilizing a structured, proven sales process
- Offering life insurance solutions, including mortgage protection, final expense, and IUL
- Building client relationships and maintaining a book of business
