Senior Technical RecruiterWe're looking for a strategic, relationship driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead full cycle recruiting for complex technology positions supporting high profile enterprise initiatives. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring leaders and business executives to attract top technology talent across software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, consulting, and digital transformation disciplines. You'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and data driven decision making to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and an outstanding candidate experience. This position is located in Boston, MA and a hybrid working model is acceptable. Partners should be prepared to work in a local CGI office, as needed.Your future duties and responsibilities include: leading full cycle recruitment for professional and technical positions from intake through offer acceptance; partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with hiring priorities and workforce planning; conducting intake meetings to define technical requirements, market conditions, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines; developing proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, competitive market research, and other innovative sourcing channels; identifying, engaging, and cultivating passive technical talent across multiple technology disciplines; screening and evaluating candidates through behavioral and technical qualification interviews; managing candidate relationships throughout the hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience; advising hiring managers on talent availability, compensation trends, competitive market intelligence, and recruiting best practices; coordinating interview processes and facilitating timely hiring decisions; preparing, negotiating, and extending employment offers while partnering with Human Resources and business leadership; maintaining active pipelines of qualified talent to support current and future hiring needs; ensuring recruiting activities are accurately documented within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and comply with company policies and employment regulations; analyzing recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time to fill, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes to continuously improve recruiting performance; participating in employer branding, recruiting process improvements, and strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives; and building trusted partnerships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and executive leadership while serving as a consultative talent advisor.Required qualifications to be successful in this role include: a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional recruiting experience; 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience supporting Information Technology, Digital, or Professional Services organizations; demonstrated success recruiting for technical positions including software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data engineering, DevOps, ERP, or consulting professionals; advanced sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing platforms; proven ability to identify, engage, and recruit passive candidates in competitive talent markets; strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers and senior business leaders; experience managing multiple high priority requisitions in a fast paced, metrics driven environment; excellent interviewing, negotiation, relationship management, and candidate engagement skills; strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions and process improvements; working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies; knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations, including EEOC and OFCCP compliance; and exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.What you'll gain includes: strategic influence over enterprise technology hiring initiatives; opportunity to recruit for cutting edge cloud, AI, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation programs; collaborative, high performing Talent Acquisition team focused on continuous improvement; autonomy to build innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines; exposure to executive stakeholders and business leaders across multiple industries; career growth within a global technology and consulting organization; and opportunity to make a measurable impact on business growth through talent acquisition.
