School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – De Soto, MO

Location: De Soto, Missouri
Position Type: Full-Time | School Year Position

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in De Soto, MO. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the communication skills they need to succeed both academically and socially.

Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Missouri SLP license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
School-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
