We are seeking a growth-minded, hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume quick service restaurants. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team development, and is passionate about delivering consistent operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
General Manager Compensation and Benefits:- Base salary range of $75,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and with Relocation Assistance
- Monthly and quarterly performance-based bonus opportunities

- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant General Manager experience

- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Hamburger University Graduate
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing restaurant team
- Set and maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to achieve performance goals
- Control labor, food, and operating costs while driving profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
- Lead by example and develop future leaders within the restaurant
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience on every shift
