Customer Experience Advisor

THE ROLE At El Car Wash, we don't just serve customers — we create standout experiences that keep them coming back. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you are the face of EL. You combine genuine service energy with real sales drive — converting every interaction into membership growth and every visit into lasting loyalty. Level: Frontline | Hourly Department: Site Operations What You'll Own Set the tone from the start: Welcome every customer with confidence, energy, and a genuine smile. First impressions here aren't just important — they're everything. Drive membership growth: Educate customers on our Unlimited Membership program and confidently convert interest into loyalty. You know the product, you believe in it, and it shows. Turn service into sales: Read the customer, adjust your approach, and close — without ever being pushy. You earn trust quickly and use it. Handle the hard moments: Resolve concerns quickly and professionally. When things go sideways, you make it right and leave them impressed. Keep the site sharp: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment — your standards are visible in every customer-facing area. Capture what matters: Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively. Qualifications Reliable attendance and professional image — you show up on time, polished, and ready. Charismatic, high-energy presence — extroverted, naturally engaging, thrives in customer-facing moments. Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy. Goal-oriented and results-driven — you know your numbers and you care about hitting them. Strong empathy paired with sales drive — you read the customer and adjust accordingly. Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot — you resolve, you don't deflect. Comfortable with POS systems and site technology. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions. Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets.
