Through connected care teams, innovative tools, and collaborative culture, we are creating a healthcare experience where patients are known, supported, and never have to start over.Whether you are caring directly for patients, supporting operations, or helping grow our organization, you will join a team that values your expertise, encourages your growth, and empowers you to make a meaningful impact every day.If you are looking for more than just a job, if you are looking for a purpose-driven career where your work truly matters, we would love to meet you.ScheduleThis is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break.Clinics are closed on weekends — no Saturday or Sunday shifts.What You'll DoYou'll play a key role in supporting both patients and providers by:Front Office/Patient Services SpecialistGreeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalismManaging calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow ups, and co paysAssisting with insurance verifications and prior authorizationsUpdating patient information and supporting clear communication between patients and providersClinical/Medical Assistant ResponsibilitiesRooming patients and preparing them for their visitTaking vitals, updating medical histories, and documenting in the HERAssisting providers with procedures and administering vaccinesPerforming point-of-car testingMaintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and following all safety protocolsWhat You BringAccredited MA training or equivalent experienceMA certification (or willingness to obtain, we will reimburse for your certification)1+ year of healthcare experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsComfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environmentWhy You'll Love Working HereWe take care of our team so they can take care of patients.
