Shift Schedule: Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Week 2: Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7 pm‑7 am Responsibilities Supervise the Wellness department in the absence of department heads, assisting and leading the Wellness team and other departments to provide quick, reliable, and person‑centered care. Lead by example on the floor: be available to help with call lights, assist with resident requests, and demonstrate urgency to put residents first. Document accurately: complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently. Exemplify core values: ensure every interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and leaves the resident feeling safe and cared for. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment. Hands‑on nursing care experience, including medication passes as needed. Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations. Comprehensive knowledge of medication regulation and law. Knowledge of resident care and supervision requirements. Preferred: experience in hands‑on care of memory‑impairment residents. Preferred: experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Strong communication skills in English. Positive and energetic attitude toward residents. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day; lift or move up to 50 lbs; assist with transfers and post‑fall care. Must be criminally cleared.
