Group Benefits, Account Manager

This position is a fully remote role, but the individual must reside in the state of Michigan Full service Independent Insurance Broker/Agency with offices throughout Michigan. Group Benefits Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience. Position requires a Life & Health insurance license, and individual will fully service an assigned book of business containing small and mid-sized groups, working with Producers, customers, carriers, and othter internal and external partners. Claims handling Build open enrollment materials and conduct open enrollment meetings Communicate with clients regarding their policies Valid Life & Health Insurance License Minimum of 3 years experience working in group benefits within an independent insurance agency setting Experience with Applied EPIC or similar agency management system Account Management within Group Benefits setting Customer service Compensation package includes competitive salary up to $100k depending on experience, excellent benefit package inclusive of health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc. This position is also a fully remote role, but the individual must reside in the state of Michigan
