Peer Support Specialist and Case Manager | Telehealth | Oregon Remote Affect is seeking an empathic Peer Support Specialist and Case Manager certified in Oregon , to join the team and provide both peer support services for substance use disorders and case management for all members. As a Peer Support Specialist and Case Manager, you will work closely with our clinical team to deliver non-clinical support, providing individualized guidance, mentoring, and resources to members. Your lived experience of recovery is a strength at Affect . Location: Remote, Must reside in Oregon Schedule: Full-time (40 hours), Monday-Friday Pay: $40,000 - $46,000 About Affect Affect is transforming addiction treatment through an innovative, evidence-based digital program. What You’ll Do Provide peer support to members through one-on-one and group sessions, to foster community, build self-esteem, and support long-term recovery. Provide member case management support with accessing community resources and overcoming barriers to treatment. Perform telephone outreach to potential members referred to Affect from referral partners. Provide education on wellness and recovery skills, while serving as a mentor and role model. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EMR.
