About the Position This job position requires at least 3 years of previous work experience. Provide a “REMARKable” and “MEMORable” experience with each of our guests. Our restaurant is looking for a Hospitality Professional that attends to our dining room with the ability to provide operational excellence and second mile service to all of our guests. The ideal candidate for this position has had multiple years of full-time experience in the workforce. We're looking for someone who is established, engaging, has high-level people skills, the ability to multitask, and uses our CORE 4 model to serve guests: making eye contact, smiling, speaking enthusiastically, and staying connected. Supporting guests in the dining room. Greeting guests as they enter the restaurant. Refreshing guest’s beverages. Having a comprehensive understanding of all menu items and the ability to assist guests by providing order recommendations. Cleaning each table after guests are finished with their meal. Restocking all items available to guests in the dining room area. Cleaning up any dropped food or spilled drinks. Ensuring a clean and visually appealing dining space for our guests by cleaning the floors, changing the trash, and straightening any tables or decorations moved by guests. Maximize guest satisfaction and increase repeat customers. Ability to work at a fast pace. Standing/Walking for long periods of time. Able to lift at least 50lbs. All other duties as assigned. Flexible Scheduling (Saturday's required) Participate in FOH operations. Prerequisites Three years of previous full-time work experience are expected. The ideal candidate is available Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 10:30pm. Full time positions are available.
