Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored patient care.
- Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team, ensuring top-notch care standards are upheld during your shift.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, applying suitable interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and execute personalized care plans.
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Active Illinois nursing license is required.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
- ACLS certification (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of starting.
- Availability for weekend shifts every other weekend is necessary.
