Import Export Compliance Specialist

Import Export Compliance Specialist Associate I - Accounting and Compliance Location: Texas Compensation Range: $41,000-$58,000 The opportunity Support day-to-day operational execution including but not limited to import and export of products, services, transfer of technical data, and all other trade operations matters. Interacting regularly with internal stakeholders and providing operational support and guidance including import clearance and export declaration compliance matters. Perform internal self‑assessments to ensure trade compliance activities are executed properly. Execute processes, controls, record keeping and audit preparation regarding import entry and export declarations. Monitor compliance and performance of external service providers. Work with import ops and customs broker to assist in import clearance issues. Requirements / Qualifications Proficient in Excel, data analytics and visualization. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns and trends. Well‑developed organizational, priority management and planning skills. Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills. Demonstrated customer focus with ability to prioritize, problem‑solve, and multi‑task in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Keen attention to details and accuracy in execution of any task. Ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams and an international environment. Exhibits a high level of integrity and discretion. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Preferred experience in a highly regulated, high‑tech or semiconductor industry. Professional certificates, licenses, Lean Six Sigma and training a plus.
