As a Private Client Advisor in Chase Wealth Management, you will offer comprehensive financial planning and advice to individuals and families, from those just starting to save to those with significant wealth. Your role involves representing our brand and delivering exceptional investment solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Responsibilities Champion and support your teammates’ success and the goals of the bank, while fostering a culture of diversity. Build a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions with a focus on relationship management. Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets and sound business judgement. Exhibit unwavering integrity and do right by clients at every opportunity. Educate clients on technology and digital channels for monitoring and managing investments. Provide a holistic view of clients’ needs and financial coaching beyond investments. Embrace digital innovations to help clients become more digitally confident and bank where, when, and how they want. Required Qualifications and Skills At least 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience. Demonstrated success in client acquisition, client relationship cultivation and maintenance, and partner integration. Ability and commitment to goals-based planning and advice. Valid and active Series 7 license. Valid and active Series 66 (or 63/65) license, or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of starting. Valid and active Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance license, or the ability to obtain it within 60 days. Position subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act; employment contingent on review of criminal conviction history. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Certified Financial Planning (CFP) certification. Bachelor’s degree. Compensation may include commission-based pay and discretionary incentive compensation.
