Talent Acquisition SpecialistThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple positions concurrently in a non-discriminatory and fully compliant manner. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs for current and future job openings.What you will doRecruit/source potential candidates through various social platforms, networking events, and job boards.Work with hiring managers to determine the required skills and experience for positions and hiring needs. Conduct recruiting and onboarding training with new hiring manager.Screen resumes for suitability, conduct initial phone screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.Build relationships with colleges and universities including Career Fairs and Internship Programs.Build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the Banks's current and future hiring needs.Present job offers discussing salary, company benefits, and company culture.Attend meetings, events, career fairs, and professional organization gatherings for purposes of recruiting and promoting the Bank.Serve as a backup for onboarding new hires.Other Qualifications/RequirementsApplication Tracking System experience preferred.Sourcing experience in LinkedIn and Indeed preferred.Bachelor's Degree in related curriculum and minimum 1 year human resources - recruiting preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.Who We AreHeartland Bank and Trust Company is headquartered in Bloomington, Illinois.
