Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough initial assessments and gather comprehensive client histories to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs. \n
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to effectively address clients’ concerns. \n
- Engage in individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions, facilitating discussions to encourage client participation and insight. \n
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure an integrated approach to client care. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements. \n
- Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices, seeking opportunities for professional growth and engaging in continuing education activities. \n
In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population facing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, stress-related conditions, and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- Must possess a Master’s degree in counseling or a related field, with current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). \n
- Strong knowledge of relevant state laws, ethical guidelines, and the ability to maintain client confidentiality. \n
- Proven ability to pass background checks as required by clinical policy. \n
- Demonstrated competence in conducting individual assessments and providing therapeutic interventions. \n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
