Job Details Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active bar admission in New York Prior housing court experience, including landlord‑tenant matters such as evictions, holdovers, non-payment proceedings, and related motion practice Experience defending landlords, property owners, or management companies preferred Strong litigation skills, including court appearances, legal research, drafting pleadings, and motion practice Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
