Geriatric Provider

Sports Enthusiasts can take in a game with the Chillicothe Paints baseball team - members of the top collegiate wooden bat league in the country! Chillicothe is also home to the 158-year-old Majestic Theatre which has hosted many celebrity guests. That is not all Chillicothe, Ohio has to offer either! The Chillicothe, Ohio VA Medical Center provides primary care and specialty health services, including mental health services, spinal cord injury treatment, women's health care, nutrition counseling, social work, and more. VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: The geriatric provider will be responsible for providing medical care for veterans in the Community Living Centers (VA Nursing Homes) at the Chillicothe VA. Other duties include supporting the Outpatient Geriatric Clinic as well as Palliative Care/Hospice Services, as needed. Position also to include participating in quality improvement projects to improve the quality of care in the Community Living Center.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
