The position demands a high level of professionalism, care, and client service. The Driver works under the direction of the Project Coordinator and reports directly to the Operations Manager./ph3Our Mission/h3pWe earn our clients confidence and trust with a passion for excellence./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3ulliLead and relay all company, project, and installation-related information to the team./liliProvide leadership and contribute to team meetings focused on operations, planning, and goal-setting./liliPrepare and maintain documentation: Condition Reports, BOLs, Supply Lists, ADV Forms, Invoices, and Matrix sheets./liliTrack and log time, tools, and materials for job invoicing./liliTag, photograph, measure, inventory, and consolidate items for secure storage or transport./liliMaintain daily cleanliness and organization of trucks, kits, and equipment./liliTrain and mentor team members in handling, moving, packing, and installing furniture and artwork./liliEnsure correct handling and movement of client property, adhering to company protocols./liliIdentify and solve problems during installations, moves, or packing operations./liliOperate all tools and equipment safely and efficiently./liliUphold safe vehicle driving practices and driver safety standards./liliReport any damage immediately and complete damage reports within 24 hours./liliCollaborate with internal and external teams to develop solutions and resolve issues./liliImplement and train on proactive measures to prevent damage./li/ulh3Knowledge Development/h3ulliContinuously improve knowledge of furniture and artwork handling techniques, storage, and transport./liliLearn specialized packing, installation, shipping, and crating techniques./liliParticipate in cross-training within the operations team./liliSupport knowledge sharing and integration across the organization./li/ulh3Administrative Miscellaneous Duties/h3ulliComplete all administrative documentation required for project completion./liliAdhere to company dress code and represent Cadogan Tate professionally at all times./liliDemonstrate patience and professionalism with clients./liliEnsure efficient use of time, materials, and resources to support company profitability./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulh3Requirements Qualifications/h3h4Education Experience/h4ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required./liliMinimum 23 years of work experience in moving, packing, delivery, or installations./liliCustomer service and supervisory experience preferred./li/ulh4Language Skills/h4ulliAbility to read and interpret documents./liliCapable of effective communication with team members and clients./li/ulh4Mathematical Skills/h4ulliBasic math proficiency required./li/ulh4Computer Skills/h4ulliNone required./li/ulh4Reasoning Ability/h4ulliAbility to make sound, reasonable decisions independently./li/ulh4Certificates, Licenses, Registrations/h4ulliValid Texas Drivers License and proof of insurance required./li/ulh3Physical Demands/h3ulliMust be able to walk, crouch, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 100 lbs./liliRequires dexterity in hands and fingers to handle objects and tools./liliVision requirements include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment./li/ulh3Work Environment/h3ulliExposure to moving mechanical parts, hazardous materials, and equipment./liliRisk of electrical shock from powered tools./liliNoise levels can be high./liliTravel between client and storage sites required./lih3Work Schedule/h3ulliTypically 40 hours per week./liliHours generally range between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM depending on project needs./liliOccasional weekend, overtime, and travel (up to 25%, including overnight and out-of-state trips)./li/ul/ul/div
