Role Behavioral Technician Responsibilities Assist children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental or behavioral challenges Help improve social, communication, and behavioral skills Document progress and milestones Implement behavior change plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts Qualifications & Skills Passion for working with children with special needs Strong communication skills High School diploma or equivalent At least 18 years old College coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or minimum one year experience in related roles such as child development, camp counselor, paraprofessional, behavioral interventionist, ABA therapist, or behavior technician Key Duties Support skill development, track progress, and follow behavior modification plans to promote positive behavioral and developmental outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Provident Behavioral Health
