Job Details SC Avalon Apartments - North Charleston, SC, 29418 Salary Range: Undisclosed Responsibilities Conduct property tours for potential residents and provide information about available apartments Process lease applications and renewals, ensuring all required documents are completed accurately Maintain knowledge of current leasing availability, market conditions, and competitor pricing Assist in the preparation of leasing agreements Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads and follow-up with prospects Handle resident inquiries and issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with maintenance team to address unit readiness for move-ins Skills Proficiency in legal administrative tasks related to leasing contracts Strong sales skills with the ability to secure leases efficiently Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Proficient in general office tasks with strong phone etiquette Job Type Full-time Pay $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours 40 per week Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Experience Multifamily Leasing: 2 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute (Required) North Charleston, SC 29418 Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr AMCS Inc.
