About the Role:

We're looking for a strong leader with moving industry experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career. As a Field Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations at a location with 2–5 trucks, a crew of 5–15 employees, and over 800 clients served annually.

This is a hands-on leadership role — expect to spend about 50% of your time in the field on moves and 50% supporting the team through training, truck maintenance, hiring, and delivering outstanding customer service.
