Floor Technician

• Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

• Location: Wildwood Ln. Lugoff, SC 29078 (On-site)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Flexible!)
• Requirements: 6mos - 1+ year floor care experience, reliable transportation, ability to lift 50 lbs

What You'll Do

As our Floor Technician, you'll be the pro that keeps our client site looking its best. Your main mission is specialized maintenance, including:

• Machine Mastery: Operating buffers, scrubbers, and burnishers to keep floors gleaming.
• The Big Refreshes: Stripping, waxing, and finishing floors until they look brand new.
• General Care: Supporting the custodian team with deep cleaning and carpet extraction.

What You Bring To The Team

• Experience: You have at least 6mos to 1 year of professional floor care experience.
• Reliability: You show up on time and take pride in a job well done.
• Strength: You are comfortable being on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs.
