Regal Staffing is hiring a Mechanical Assembly Technician to assist with assembling telecommunications cabinets and related equipment. This is a hands-on manufacturing position focused on mechanical assembly, not electronics troubleshooting.
Location: Addison, TX
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assemble telecommunications cabinets, racks, and components
- Install hardware, brackets, shelves, and cable management systems
- Use hand and power tools
- Follow assembly instructions and work safely
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality
Qualifications:
- Mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Ideal Backgrounds:
- Mechanical or equipment assembly
- Manufacturing or production
- Automotive assembly
- Construction or maintenance
- Warehouse assembly
- General labor with hand/power tool experience
Work is performed in a clean, climate-controlled facility with a Monday–Friday schedule.
