In this unique role, you will work directly with young learners and their families, working with a team of RBTs, BTs, or mid-level staff, implementing the three-tiered model to deliver both evidence-based caregiver coaching and direct ABA services. This hands‑on approach allows you to provide consistent, high-quality, evidence-based interventions while empowering caregivers with the tools and strategies needed to support their loved ones’ growth and success during their most critical developmental years. Position Part‑time and full‑time available: In‑person Behavior Analyst, Direct Services Responsibilities Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs, strengths, and challenges of children with behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide One‑to‑One Parent Coaching Model the implementation of individualized ABA interventions Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team Develop Behavior Support Plans Train and Supervise Caregiver Monitor Progress and Adjust Interventions Maintain Documentation Compensation Your hourly rate for this position will be $87 to $95 per hour or a $105K–$115K yearly salary. Requirements Board Certification Education: Master's degree Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA Strong Knowledge of ABA Principles Excellent Communication Skills Empathy and Patience Data Analysis and Decision‑Making Organizational and Time Management Skills Ethics and Professionalism Job Type: Part‑time Schedule All day, mornings, afternoon, and evening shifts if interested.
