We're looking for a Project Coordinator to partner closely with our Project Manager and support a variety of exciting projects from kickoff to completion. What You'll Be Jumping Into

No two days look exactly the same here — and that's part of the fun. You'll help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly by:

• Building and supporting project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinating project activities and helping teams stay aligned
• Keeping communication flowing between internal teams and clients
• Tracking progress and providing updates that keep everyone informed
• Attending meetings, documenting action items, and helping ensure follow-through
• Identifying issues early and helping find solutions before they become roadblocks
• Maintaining organized project documentation and supporting company standards
• Assisting with estimating, quotes, quality checks, and processing smaller orders

• Experience with estimating, quoting, or quality control processes (a bonus, not a requirement)

Your Background

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred — or equivalent professional experience that has prepared you to succeed in this role.
