This nationally recognized litigation boutique handles complex commercial disputes, multidistrict litigation, and coordinated class actions across the country. The firm represents corporations, insurers, and financial services companies in matters involving substantial legal and financial exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage key aspects of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and substantive motions
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Support litigation strategy in complex, multi-party matters
• Work directly with clients and internal teams

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of litigation experience
• Judicial clerkship preferred
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Experience with complex litigation or class actions is a plus
• Active California bar license required

Compensation & Benefits

• The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $225,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
